Plank a day challenge.

Core strength is something I lack. What better way to improve it than with something I hate: planks. So I've decided to #plankaday and see the gains I can make. I'm already proud that day 1 was one whole minute as I can't tell you when I've ever been able to do that. It's all because of my Monday sometimes Wednesday bootcamp class. 
And today was day 2. A slight gain after a treadmill 5k.
